Abstract
195,326. Hilliard, J. B. Sept. 1, 1922. Addition to 179,835. Compound blocks.-Building and paving blocks are formed by placing a number of the rubber trays A, described in the parent Specification, in a mould and casting therein concrete or other plastic material B to the depth required for the completed block. One or more of the trays may be omitted so that the finished block would have a surface partly of rubber and partly of concrete. By using a plate D, Fig. 3, in the mould a block with a kerb part E may be obtained. The blocks may be used for walls, floors, pavings, subaqueous structures &c.
