198,066. Dunlop Rubber Co., Ltd., and Paull, W. H. Feb. 25, 1922. Paving blocks and slabs.-Rubber blocks or sheets A for roads, floors and the like are so formed and arranged that they can be securely held in .position by the setting of the liquid cement B without using any separate anchoring- means. The undersurfaces of the blocks have grooves or recesses A<1>, and to provide a composite wearing-surface of rubber and cement holes A<3> in the blocks are filled with cement or the blocks are spaced relatively large distances apart. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 197,016.
