Relates to means for determining the radial position of the mould on the mould-carrier. The mould 1 is secured in a slot 10 in the carrier 6 bv means of screws 7 engaging slots 8. In the arrangement A, Fig. 1, set-screws 11, 12 bearing against the walls of the slot 10 determine the radial position of the mould. Either pair of screws 11, 12 may be replaced by an eccentric-headed screw 13, as in the arrangement B, or by a spring 14, as in the arrangement C. Wedges, helical springs, or other devices may be used for the same purpose.
