Abstract

194,301. Claudel, C. H. March 6, 1922, [Convention date]. Compression engines.-To ensure ignition a charge which has been preheated and ignites readily is drawn into the combustion chamber in the vicinity of the ignition plug or plugs in addition to the ordinary main charge. The igniting charges may be admitted through the spark plugs. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect 91 (3) (a) also states that both charges may be admitted in sequence through the same valve. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
