Mattresses.-A spring mattress which is adapted to be rolled up comprises a series of helical springs B attached at their lower ends to a meshed fabric A and connected at their upper ends to a stuffed overlay C, the upper ends being also connected in rows by wire helices D. The mattress is rolled up with its upper surface on the inside. In a modification the springs are connected in rows by helices D as shown in Fig. 3 at both upper and lower ends, and the mattress is adapted to be rolled up with either side outermost.
