Seat adjustments.-A means for securing the sliding seat of a moter-car or other vehicle in adjusted position comprises a lever 4 pivoted to the seat and engaging a series of holes 17 in a strip 7, the lever being c ntrolled by a spring plunger 9 and actuated by a cam 15, having two flat faces at right-angles, which is operated by a handle 14.
