Tyre and like inflating valves.- The dust-cap 16 of a tyre valve is fixed to a socket 15 screwed on the valve casing by means of a spring ring 25 situated in a recess in the socket. The ring 25, which is of the shape shown in Fig. 4, engages a conical portion 20 of the cap 16, a shoulder 19 on the cap forming a tight joint with the socket 15. A disk 30 is fixed to the dust cap for receiving a name or other mark.
