26,094. Gregory, H. J. Nov. 14. Spigot - andsocket joints held by cement. - The socket of a watercloset pan is undercut and provided with a wedge - shaped shoulder A. The end of the flush or anti-siphonage pipe D is widened out and forced on to the shoulder A, and the socket C is filled with cement. The cement may be introduced through the mouth of the socket; or the socket mouth may be closed with clay, and cement introduced through a hole B.
