[Addition to 8407/13.] Hoes.-In a modification of the motor-driven hoe or the like described in the parent Specification, the tools are mounted on two shafts G, G<1> which are rocked by means of a crank-shaft D, a connecting-rod E, and a block connected to two levers F, F<1> fixed on the shafts G, G<1>, the mechanism being enclosed in a dust-proof case H filled with oil. The crank-shaft D is driven from the engine A by a friction clutch B, a shaft A<1>, and a sliding pinion in the gear case C. The travelling wheels are driven from the shaft A<1> by differential gearing.
