Draught-excluders.- A bar A, pivoted at C to the hinged side of a door B and held off the floor by a spring K when the door is open, is pressed down, when the door is closed, by the engagement of a plate H on the bar A with an inclined striking-plate G on the doorpost F. The spring K is. carried by a bracket J on the door, and guides E, E<1> are provided for the bar A. The bar A may also be raised by a spiral spring carried by the pivot C.
