Folding seats.-A folding seat comprises X-frame members A, A' connected at their lower ends by toggle-links B, B', the link B' having a recessed end B<4> which engages a stud B<5> in the link B. The supports E of a reversible back are pivoted at the connecting-pivots B<2> of the links B, B'. A seat C, C<1> is pivoted at D to the members A and rests, when in use, on pins A<4> in the members A'. Compression springs, operating in a barrel G against a plunger G<1>, are provided as described in Specification 21,013/13, and a waterproof cover F wound on a spring roller F<1> is secured to the seatback.
