Work-holders. - Clamping-dogs have an upright with a series of alternate steps 9, 10 and a strap 1 with an eccentrically - placed pin 3 affording a fine adjustment by reversing the strap. Instead of the pin 3 being detachable, it may be integral with the strap, and the upright may be gapped to permit assembly. An upright with steps on opposite sides of a central standard may be employed.
