Abstract

8348. Bugnon, A. Nov. 19, 1912. Atmospheric vapour burners.-An injector 2 for vapour burners using heavy hydrocarbons comprises a conical plug 4 provided with grooves, one or more of which 5 are helical, for imparting a whirling motion to the vapour, the others 6 being longitudinal, to permit the passage of vapour when the plug is pushed into the conical or other nozzle 3 and rotated for cleaning purposes. When released, the plug is retracted by a spring 10. Specifications 26,569/12, 8349/13, and 8350/13 are referred to.
