Leakage past the junction of the valve and bladder is prevented by means of an inner oilcloth washer h secured to the flange g and an outer oilcloth washer i secured to the bladder. To prevent displacement of the bladder within the outer case, the washer i is provided with an extension k adapted to be pushed in between the lacing l and the protecting-leather m.
