Pressure - regulating valves.-A pressureregulating valve, of the type actuated by a weighted diaphragm and acting through a lever 6 has a balancing diaphragm 9 and is provided with a lift valve member 20 having the contacting face on a diaphragm 15 clamped centrally and circumferentially between two parts of the valve member and acted on by inlet pressure admitted through holes 22. The valve member is surrounded by a perforated guard 17.
