7382. Elsworth, T. F., Evans, A. B., and Mann & Co., G. March 26. Rotary offset machines of the kind described in Specification 6246/08 are constructed so as to print in several colours by providing two or more printing-cylinders a, a<1>, a<2>, each of which transfers its design to a separate offset surface f, f<1>, f<2> on a cylinder g, with which an impression surface h co-acts. This cylinder h may also act as an offset printing-cylinder if desired, and the sheets may be printed simultaneously on both sides as described in the Specification referred to. The printing - cylinders may be fitted with more than one design surface.
