Work-holders. - A device for holding mower and like knives for sharpening purposes comprises a c l a m p adapted to fit on a gate, and having a fixed jaw 3 and a moving jaw 4 with recesses 6, 7, the knife blade b e i n g adapted to be clamped in the jaws by means of a screw 10 and nut 9. The moving jaw has a guide 5 and is pressed outwards by a spring 8.
