Gas supply ; burners, attaching.-In a regenerative gas lamp the gas is led into a superheating chamber c, which is situated above the central flue g, and from which the gas passes through pipes o between the flue and an outer casing v. At the lower end of each pipe o is a valve p, and at the outlet end of the valve are pins s which engage in bayonet-slots in the air-inlet valve t. The burner tube u may also be attached to the valve t by a bayonetfastening.
