Spring wheels with continuous outer rigid ring and rubber-ring and like cushions. - Relates to wheels of the kind described in Specification 811/98, in which an outer rigid ring 4, which may carry an elastic tread 16, and an inner ring 5 are connected by an elastic member 7. The adjustable split clamping-rings 8, 13 have grooves 11, 17, respectively, to receive pins 10, 15 carried by the corresponding members 4, 5. A flexible cover may be fitted over the inner periphery of the member 7.
