Abstract
13,865. Keith, J., and Keith, G. June 10. Incandescent gas burners.-Relates to inverted incandescent gas lamps such as that described in Specification 28,360/07 in which a heavy nozzle is employed. In order to increase the cooling effect on the nozzle C, the inlet connexion D for the mixture is directed towards the nozzle; the gas then passes up between the tubes A, B, and down the tube B to the nozzle. Metallic gauzes E, G may be provided at the end of the tube B, and this inner tube may be replaced by partitions.
