9809. Ahrens, O. L. April 22. [Addition to 14,643/10.] Preserving meat.-Meat preserved according to the process described in the parent Specification is placed in a vessel which is then filled with fat at about 150‹ C. The fat is subsequently displaced by carbon dioxide or other neutral gas.
