Metallic spring bodies and cores.-Relates to the elastic tyre described in Specification 28,190/07, which consists of a metallic tube with corrugated sides. According to the present invention, the tyre is made in independent telescopic sections e, Figs. 1 and 2. A separate tread band is provided, which may consist of a metal band e', or a metal channel-ring with a rubber band. In the form shown in Fig. 4, the sections are. circumferentially divided, and their overlapping edges e<1> are secured together by the attaching-means for the tread.
