Neck-tie retainers.-A device for attaching a tie or bow on a detachable double collar comprises an elastic strip 5, Fig. 1, having terminal metallic loops 6, adapted to engage with studs 7, Fig. 3, near each end of the underneath fold of the collar. The tying of the vertical scarf 8 is effected on the strip before attachment to the collar, the material being passed over the top ; in the case of a bow, the tie is passed through the loops.
