Actuating.-A valve 14 controlling the flow of liquid from a chamber 5 is operated by an electro-magnet 17 through a bell-crank lever 27 connected to the valve lever 24 by a spring 161 and a link 15. The lever 24 engages the valve through an adjustable screw 26.
