Abstract

Vehicle windows.-Sliding sashes 2, of the 'drop-light' type, are balanced against an horizontal coiled tension spring 12, the ends of which are guided on curved pairs of rails 4, 5 and 6, 7. The sash 2 rests on rollers 15 mounted on spindles 9 carrying flanged wheels 8 which run on the rails 4, 5 and 6, 7. The ends of the spring 12 are connected to pivots 14 carried by forked members 11 mounted on the spindles 9.
