As shown, a strip a from a roller b in its passage to coin-freed printing and perforating devices passes over a roller h on a spring-pressed arm d pivoted to the roller shaft, or otherwise situated. When the strip is drawn out by the printing-roller, the arm d moves in the direction of the arrow g', and fresh material from the strip is drawn off the roller b only when the lever d returns after the tension is removed from the strip.
