6956. Calzada, J. March 19. Manure distributors. - A machine for spreading manures &c. comprises a hopper mounted on wheels, a rotary wire-gauze distributing-cylinder below the hopper, and a rotary stirrer within it. The axle of the wheels B<1> carries the distributing-cylinder C, and is connected by multiplying-gearing with a shaft H, which is fitted with four rows of stirring arms or blades. The apparatus is provided with a draw-bar G, and with levers D for adjusting the hopper outlet. The levers D are mounted on a shaft K, which is provided with an arm L engaging with a spring plate M.
