4408. Mulliner, Ltd., and Musselwhite, R. I. Feb. 22. Hoods.-The forward extension B of the rear hood A is carried by divided cant rails F, F<1> adapted to be folded inwards about their hinges G and about hinges H, I which connect them to the rear pillars R<2> and to the front stretcher bar J. The extension is turned back about transverse hinges H<1> on the pillars R<2> when the whole hood is folded. The window pillars R, R<1> which support the cant rails F, F' fold inwardly and the windows drop into pockets. A second extension C comprising inwardly-folding spreaders K, K<1>, hinged together at L and to the bar J at M, may be provided over the driver's seat.
