Aerial machines without aerostats; adapted to travel also on land; propelling.-In an aerial machine fitted with one or more planes to which rotary motion is imparted, the ground wheels are adapted to serve as crank-disks for transmitting such rotary motion. The plane c is fitted with brackets d supported on crank-pins e on the ground wheels f, which are driven from the motor b. A second plane i may be similarly driven through cranks k connected to the wheels f by sprocket gearing.
