22,174. Sch³lken, J. Sept. 29. Pivot adjustments.-A window adjusting or fixing device, of the kind comprising corrugated disks fixed to the casement and its frame and pressed together by a spring, is constructed with each disk and its securing-arm formed from a single piece of plate or sheet material. As shown, a fixed corrugated disk 5 is secured to the frame by means of an integral plate 1, and a rotatable corrugated disk 4 is pressed against the disk 5 by means of a spring 7 on the binge-pin 2. The disk 4 is connected to the window by means of a long headed pin 10, which engages a slot in the arm 3 in a manner which permits the rising and falling of the arm 3 and disk 4, and a sliding movement of the arm in case the hinge-pin 2 is not concentric with the ordinary hinges of the window.
