19,832. Long, A. W. Feb. 28, 1910. Portable-track wheels. - In motor-propelled vehicles adapted for use both on land and water and provided with a pair of buoyant tyres passing over two or more wheels on each side of the vehicle, each wheel is provided with pairs of curved arms b to guide the tyres c, and one or more steering-wheels e are provided which project below the under parts of the tyres. In case of accident to the tyres, the vehicles may be provided with buoyant attachments. The tyres are pneumatic and may be attached to a band of leather or the like or may be made of wood &c. or of sheet metal. When required for use on water only, the tyres may be in the form of a series of buoyant members connected by chains or the like.
