Vaporizing-apparatus; oil supply.-Blow lamps or stoves are arranged with an horizontal valve tube e located inside and near the base of the body so as to ensure a gravity feed, a nozzle tube d communicating therewith, an opening e<2> in the valve tube for admitting spirit, and a valve e<1> with a conical end for regulating the supply feed, this valve being arranged concentrically within the valve tube. The handle of the valve projects from the side of the lamp and is so arranged that it may be actuated while the lamp is on its base. A starting-cup c is arranged beneath the nozzle.
