The flaps b<1>, c<1> are secured by paper fasteners or staples to the walls d, e, and the flaps h<1> to the cover edges g, i. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 4688/83, 16,491/93, 1036/97, 1572/06, and 12,888/08.
