Abstract

Boxes made from special blanks; covers; lined boxes. -In order to protect the contents of a box A, Fig. 1, against pressure the cover B is made in the form of a hollow box-shaped member, from the blank shown in Fig. 4, which is adapted to be slipped freely into and out of the box A. The cover is supported in the box by a sheet 5 of cardboard pasted thereto, or by inwardly projecting flanges 16, Fig. 6, on the side walls of the box. The member B may be made from corrugated paper. A blank suitable for forming the box A is also described.
