Pistons.-An annular piston 61 for car brakes is formed with a hollow rod which works on a smaller concentric cylinder 63 containing a spring-pressed piston 64 the rod of which is provided with a head 67 which bears on the hollow rod of the piston 61. The piston 61, in moving outwards, thus carries with it the piston 64.
