Aerial machines without aerostats; aeroplanes; steering.-The machine is provided with three main planes B, C, D, two of which are arranged in tandem with a space between them, over which, at a higher level, is placed the third plane C. The planes are arranged on a double girder a and are braced together. The planes may be slightly curved, and the front and top planes B, C incline downwards towards the rear, while the rear plane D is inclined downwards towards the front. The sections 1, 2, 3, 4 of plane the rear are inclined downwardly, and are hinged across the diagonal 2-4 so as to be adjustable for steering the machine.
