Distributing.-In vehicles, propelled by the prime mover driving the rear wheels through adynamoelectric machine which supplies current to motors mounted on the front wheels, the prime mover b is connected to the armature a of a dynamo - electric machine, the field structure c driving the rear road d wheels through differential gearing. The front wheels are propelled by motors m, n, which utilize the current set up by the slip between the members a, c. The field structure c is connected by a shaft h<2> to a bevelwheel w driving the planet carrier d, which is formed with tubular extensions k, l running in bearings on the frame.
