The communication sheet 5, which may be single or may consist of a multiple of folded sheets, is separated from the address sheet 1 by a row 6 of perforations. The sheet 5 is folded inwards over the sheet 1, the flaps 2, 3 are then folded over the sheet 5, and the flap 4 with its three gummed sides is caused to adhere to the flaps 2, 3 and to the edge of the sheet 5.
