29,498. Kehr, P. Dec. 31. Piston pumps.-In an apparatus for aerating and bottling water and other liquids, a pump to feed water to the aÙrating- chamber is actuated by operation of a turn-over bottling-machine so as to supply after each bottling operation as much water as is drawn off. Contact between the liquid being pumped and the plunger is prevented by connecting the chamber 23, which communicates with the inlet and outlet valves, with the pump cylinder 21 by a passage 22. The pump is thrown out of action by opening a cock 24. The pump is actuated by a radially-adjustable crank-pin and connecting-rod.
