Hubs.-In wheels for perambulators, bassinettes, &c., the hub a is bored to a diameter greater than that of the axle b, to receive split, flanged, or other tightly-fitting bushes c, the space between the bushes forming a receptacle for lubricant. The wheel is secured on the axle by means of the ordinary washer d and lock-nut e, and closed by a cap f adapted to be sprung into or over a groove in the hub. The bushes may be joined, but are preferably formed separate.
