Abstract

190,409. Ortweiler, S. April 27, 1922. Stud-and-slot fastenings. -The sliding finger-piece c of the socket element of a purse &c. fastener has an extension c<1> which projects over the part b of the catch on the flap of the purse when the finger-piece engages the notch in the stud, thereby rendering the fastening more secure. The upstanding extension facilitates the stud finding the socket in fastening.
