Abstract
9359. Goedecke, F. April 23. Wave mills.-A float a, guided by rods h, rises without turning, under the action of the waves, on a shaft f<1>, provided with a helical groove. The float carries one part of one-way clutch b coacting with another part c fitted with a pin engaging the helical groove, rotary motion being thus imparted to the shaft f<1>. Two or more floats may be provided on the same shaft, and several shafts may be connected by any convenient means.
