13,499. Biggin, J. June 17. Razors.-The frame a of a safety razor is formed from a blank of suitable material, cut with notches b and bent as shown. The blade k is held in a slide g, which has a clip h at each end adapted to fit over the straight part r of the frame, and is held in position by a screw at the back. The blade is held in the slide by a flap l and a small projection m at one end. A handle f is screwed into the frame which may be removed and replaced by a holder to receive the blade for the purpose of stropping it.
