12,091. Harrington, J. May 27. Lamp-shade holders.-Shade holders are attached to electric lamp holders of the bayonet-socket type by a separate bayonet joint. The pins b<5> for the latter may be fixed on the lamp holder as in Fig. I, or on separate ring b<6>, Fig. 3, held in place by the screwed ring b<7>, or on the ring b<7> itself. The shade is held between the flange b<1>, or shoulder b<8>, and the screwed ring b<2> of the holder, which fits over the lamp holder and is held by the pins in the bayonet slots b<4>. Resilient tongues b<9> are formed in the shade holder to hold it firmly in position.
