Perambulators.-Infants' collapsable and other chairs are provided with a collapsable perambulator attachment, consisting of an axle C with pins or pivots D, hinged so that the wheels E can be folded flat against the axle, as shown in Figs. 2 and 4. The seat B, Fig. 4, is spring-supported on the wheel frame. The axle C, Fig. 2, is mounted on a centre pivot or bolt, so that it can be turned longitudinally and over the folding legs. The pins D are stopped in one direction. The axle C may be secured to the seat by means of grooved plates &c.
