Heating by electricity.- A device for connecting an electric water heater to a, water supply pipe 1 comprises a tee-piece 2 connected at one end to the supply pipe and at the other end to a tap 3, the lateral opening of the tee being connected to a water conduit leading to the heater and comprising two curved end sections 11, 14 and an intermediate detachable straight section 15. The length of the straight section is determined bv the distance from the wall at which it is desired the heater shall be situated. A controllin<g> valve 5 for the heater is fitted in the position shown.
