Incandescent lamps.-The stems b of bulbs care fused to cylindrical glass heads a, which are formed with projecting parts d, Fig. 1, to engage bayonet slots in the holders, or with projecting screw threads d, Fig. 7, to engage in screw holders. Such a head may be attached to the two limbs of a divided bulb, for high electric pressure. The leading-in wires are passed through holes in contact plates h, recessed in the head, and are bent down and soldered thereon. In the screw head, Fig. 7, one contact-plate d<1> is extended to the side, to make a spring contact with the holder.
