Tyres, pneumatic; felloes or rims.-The tubeless tyre shown in section in Fig. 1, or the outer cover of a tyre, is formed with overlapping edges B, C, of which one B has an endless inextensible wire D. The rim G, of doubleconvex cross-section, has three circumferential grooves F, H, I, the middle one F being adapted to receive a corresponding rib E on the edge C. The edge C is forced into the other two grooves by the wire D and by a second endless inextensible band J respectively. The parts near the inflating-valve K are additionally secured by the valve-casing.
