Abstract
20,033. Ihde, H. L. C. F. Sept. 21. Chairs.-Relates to a folding chair which folds up by its own weight when lifted by the back. The seat e has two parallel bars f which hook under and over the bars b<1> and c' at the tops of the legs b and c respectively. The seat is supported by bent rods i pivoted at d and h and passing round a cross-bar m between the legs b. When the chair is lifted by the back, the legs fold together and the seat falls away fro:n the bar b<1>, while it is still held to the bar c<1> by a chain l.
