Abstract
184,762. Neumann, O., and Neumann, A. Aug. 17, 1921, [Convention date]. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Act]. Alloys.-Storage battery electrodes are made from an alloy containing tin. Sodium and mercury may also be added, and the cathodes may contain antimony. In an example the anodes consist of 70 parts of lead, 5 of tin, 8 of sodium, 12 of mercury and 5 of zinc, the cathodes consisting of 60 parts of lead', 5 of tin, 8 of sodium, 12 of mercury, 5 of zinc, and 10 of antimony.
